Thank you for choosing the charter and transfer services of Shanhai Joy Charter (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). To protect your rights and explain the legal principles and operating standards upheld by the Company, we have established the following “Consumer Rights Statement” and “Service Terms.”
The Company adopts a non-membership reservation service. You may place an order without registration. Once you complete a reservation, make payment, or actually use the service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. Consumer Rights Protection
 Legal Operation and Service Safety

• All vehicles and drivers of the Company are legally registered, licensed for business operation, and covered by complete insurance protection
• Services comply with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant rental vehicle regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications

 Transparent Pricing and Information Disclosure

• All service items, route quotations, additional charge conditions, and cancellation policies are clearly disclosed during the reservation process
• If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact customer service before making a reservation to ensure a clear and transparent transaction

 Cancellation and Refund Rules

• Flexible cancellation and refund mechanisms are provided. Please refer to the Refund Method and Application Process page for details
• In the event of natural disasters, force majeure, or government announcements of work and school suspension, you may apply for a full refund or reschedule the trip

Use of Personal Information and Privacy Protection

• Necessary personal information is collected only for order contact, itinerary arrangement, invoice issuance, and related purposes
• Personal information management complies with the Personal Data Protection Act. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details

• Round-the-clock customer support is available to assist with reservations, itineraries, or unexpected situations
• Customer service email and LINE instant contact are both available, giving you a channel for inquiries and feedback at any time

2. Non-Membership Service Terms
 Responsibility for Accurate Information

• Please make sure to provide the correct name, contact information, pick-up location, and time
• If incorrect information causes itinerary delays or prevents vehicle dispatch, the responsibility shall be borne by the person placing the order

 Service Scope and Usage Restrictions

• All itineraries are based on the number of passengers, time, and route confirmed at the time of reservation
• Changes such as overtime, route changes, or additional passengers may incur extra charges depending on the situation
• During the ride, please follow the driver’s instructions. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or engaging in dangerous behavior inside the vehicle is prohibited

 Handling of Unexpected Situations

• In the event of unexpected situations such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic delays, the Company will provide alternative solutions or assistance as soon as possible
• The Company shall not bear additional responsibility for delays caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or major accidents

 Consumer Dispute Handling Mechanism

• If you have any objection regarding the service process, please contact customer service on the day the service ends
• We will handle the matter in good faith and provide assistance to prevent misunderstandings and disputes from expanding

3. Terms Revision and Governing Law
 Right to Amend Terms

• The Company reserves the right to revise these terms at any time according to actual operating conditions and announce the revisions on the official website
• No separate individual notice will be provided. We recommend that you review the latest version regularly to protect your rights

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute

the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction
