To protect your consumer rights, Shanhai Joy Charter provides a clear refund mechanism and application process, ensuring that your reservation and cancellation are handled with clear guidelines and peace of mind.
1. Eligible Refund Situations
You may apply for a refund within the required time period if any of the following conditions apply:
- After completing the reservation, you wish to cancel due to personal reasons and submit the request within the required period. Please refer to the Refund Standards below
- The vehicle cannot be dispatched due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, or government announcements of work and school suspension
- After confirmation by customer service, the trip cannot proceed as scheduled due to reasons attributable to Shanhai Joy Charter
2. Refund Standards, Based on the Departure Date

3. Refund Application Process
Step 1|Contact Customer Service to Apply
Please contact customer service within the eligible refund period and provide the following information:
- Name and contact information of the person who placed the order
- Original reservation date and time
- Reason for cancellation and refund request
Step 2|Customer Service Review and Reply
Customer service will complete the review within
1–3 business days. If additional documents or information are required, we will contact you separately.
Step 3|Refund Method
- Credit card payment: The refund will be processed back to the original card. Processing time is approximately 7–14 business days
- Bank transfer/remittance payment: Please provide your bank account information. The refund will be transferred within approximately 7 business days
4. Important Notes
- Refund applications submitted after the deadline or not meeting the required conditions will not be accepted
- Refund processing time may be affected by bank or third-party payment processing procedures
- Shanhai Joy Charter reserves the final right to review and explain refund matters
